TYPICAL PERFORMANCE

Timing for the first set is somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes, depending on the circumstances. The compressive strength is typically measured at 28 N/mm2 after 28 days (20 degrees C)

PREPARATION

To begin, you need to dig the hole. The height of the post, the weight that it will sustain, and the characteristics of the soil all play a role in determining the suggested depth of the hole. A 75mm (3″) square post that is 1.5 metres high should be 46 centimetres (18 inches) in thick soil, while it should be 60 centimetres (24 inches) in light soil or in an exposed location. It is important that the soil in the base be solid. Put in the post here.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour roughly 5 litres of clean water into the mixture for each bag that is being used. Place the contents of the remaining half of the bag of Postmix into the posthole all the way around the post. Around 2.5 litres of clean water should be added, and the mixture should be allowed to absorb the water.
2. Confirm that the post is in the correct vertical position, and make any required adjustments. Put the leftover material into the hole, and then follow it up with another 2.1 and a half litres of clean water.
